20 years of IT experience in both software development and infrastructure; operating in various industries such as gaming, banking, consultancy and currently events and hospitality. Chris is constantly monitoring technology trends and best practices to ensure Zibrant is at the forefront of IT within its sector.

Chris is also a Husband and Dad to two brilliantly headstrong daughters!

Worked within the meetings and events industry for over 20 years. This includes operational delivery and managerial roles and a a stint in the US working for a DMC. Michelle is currently into her 15th year at Zibrant which started with being in an operational managerial role before moving into a training role in 2006 to provide coaching on events and internal training and in the last 5 years has led the HR and training department.

Travel is a passion along with being a hometown football supporter for her sins!

Having worked within the industry for over 12 years, Adam has brought his operational expertise into the commercial function within the business.  Experienced in delivery within a variety of industries including Financial, Law and Professional Services, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Oil & Gas.

A sports enthusiast, Adam has now taken to golf as his primary game having previously played football in his ‘earlier years!' Golf is a game impossible to master but Adam is committed to improving!

During his 9 years with Zibrant, Andrew has moved from being a conference consultant to project management of Zibrant's two police accommodation contracts during the 2012 Olympics and eventually becoming the Head of Operations for first half and then the entirety of our Venue Find department.

Being a keen footballer and a Nottingham Forest fan this carries a certain amount of personal conflict when considered our head office is situated in Pride Park, Derby!

One of Emma’s key strengths is understanding client requirements to help develop creative event solutions. Her natural leadership skills and strong operational background ensure she and her team deliver on client expectation.

 

Although concerned she may come across as a bit of a hippie, when not working it's a mix of yoga, eclectic music, craft ale, the pursuit of great coffee, oh and a very cool VW campervan!

Over 25 years’ experience in the industry and an industry expert in all things meetings and events.  Fay started her career at Hilton Hotels and went on to be a founding shareholder of Zibrant.  She is passionate about the brand and considers herself a culture guardian.  Fay regularly represents Zibrant throughout the industry at many speaker opportunities and in 2015 created Fast Forward 15, an industry wide mentoring initiative.

Fay has helped raise over £80,000 for various charities, through a number of gruelling activities such as cycling from Paris to Derby, climbing the 3 peaks twice and walking 100k non - stop!  As well as this, she is a proud mum of 2 and is truly passionate about championing women in business.

An experienced Creative Director Mark has worked with leading brands and organisations across many sectors, across all channels of communication from brand development and implementation through design, production and all aspects of online activity to direct mail, product innovation and consumer insight. 

He communicates strategic thinking, concepts and ideas be they verbal, written or visual (legend has it he was born clutching a pencil!). He possesses an ability to form strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues alike who benefit from a very positive, entrepreneurial, ‘can-do’ attitude.

He is a supporter and actively involved in supporting a number of organisations including Oxford Gastronomica, part of Oxford Brookes University School of Hospitality and regularly meets with them and patrons that include Ken Hom, Madhur Jaffrey, Pru Leith and Raymond Blanc.

Sandra has over 25 years’ experience working agency side in employee and channel communications.  Her role is to help to shape the client’s messages and how they are delivered through the live events Zibrant run.

As a trustee of a local school charity Sandra spends her time helping to run fundraising events, as well as writing and producing their quarterly newsletter. Sandra also likes chilling out with her two loony rescue dogs and (slightly less loony) family!

Nigel joined the incentives industry in 1990 spending ten years with a subsidiary of Bank of Scotland.  In January 2000, he joined the board of events & motivation specialists P&MM and was instrumental in developing the business to mount a management buyout in 2003.  This success continued in 2004 with the formation of Motivcom plc and floatation on the AIM stock exchange.  In 2014 Motivcom plc was acquired by Sodexo, and Nigel combined P&MM Events & Communications with the Zibrant group and acquired the combined venues, meetings and events business in a management buyout.  

In addition to his day job, Nigel was also the Founding Chairman of events industry association Eventia, serving from 2005 to 2008.

With over 20 years within the events industry working across several countries moving from venues to the agency life, Stephanie has been working at Zibrant for nearly 18 years.  During this time she has delivered events across all sectors specialising in large full service events, UK or overseas.

Stephanie is never happier than being outdoors walking the dog, riding the horses or generally just being out in the fresh air!
