Project Managers - Varying levels of experience

We are currently recruiting ambitious experienced Project Managers with a specialism in delivering pharmacuetical events.
Reporting to Project Directors you will be responsible for:
- Leading a project team to manage the process, finances, registration and on site delivery for clients’ colleague and customer participation at worldwide congresses
- Ensuring that service and delivery levels are adhered to
- Managing client relationships and ensuring projects exceed expectations every time
- Maintaining a senior level position within the agency
Candidates must be experienced in delivering a variety of pharmaceutical events, managing and reconciling budgets of up to £1 million in an event agency environment. Conference Consultants
Variety of roles, varying levels of experience required
Salary based upon experience – from £16,000

Do you regularly have to meet deadlines, think of solutions and have worked in a customer service environment, hotel, travel agency or in the corporate hospitality industry, do you speak a foreign language and would like to transfer your skills? Zibrant is one of the largest Conference and Event agencies in the UK with a diverse impressive client base, organising events and booking conferences and venues all over the world so fluency in an additional European language is an advantage, but not essential.
In this rewarding role you will be responsible for interpreting briefs from a client, finding a suitable venue, challenging clients and suppliers in order to deliver the perfect solution for every event! You will lead the client confidently and knowledgably with solutions for their meetings and events and ensure that their expectations are exceeded every time they call. Going the extra mile is second nature at Zibrant.

Business Development Manager
Godalming, Surrey
Salary up to £25,000 per annum plus bonus
A new role has become available within our Global Sales & Marketing Team. Ideal candidates will have previous business development experience and have a proven track record of delivering results in a “cold call” environment. Strong hotel & events industry knowledge is advantageous.
You must be enthusiastic with a can do attitude, and have the ability to lead, motivate and influence others. In this role you will be a crucial component in the building of relationships with key stakeholders within Zibrant, our suppliers and our clients.
To be successful you will need excellent London and ideally European venue knowledge, be an excellent communicator, listener and negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
