"It's often hard to feedback when things go well, as expected, as desired etc, but I noticed with Katie an absolute genuine desire to be professional, helpful and useful in all situations.We were caught in traffic getting to the train station and we needed an easy flow through customs and bag checking.  She noticed a Eurostar person and, with good people skills, quickly got us in front of the first queue saving us some time!  The train later got stuck yet during the evening she still kept politely seeking out extra information from the train staff and sharing.  Even at midnight, she was still asking us all if there was anything she could get us from the train bar.  We were all stuck together but she remained very much on duty throughout. 

These are excellent traits only possible from a genuine person with a real passion to help and make sure that attendees needs were monitored and catered for.”
